Remote Video Response utilises the latest security automation software to integrate Intruder Detection systems and CCTV system.
Remote video monitoring enables a more informed and rapid response and can be a cost-effective alternative to traditional guards and patrol manpower.
These services are monitored within the SMC A1 Graded Security control room, available 24/7.
VIDEO VERIFICATION
Intruder alarms responded to by initiating connection to customer premises’ video system.
Operators will view live video and make an informed decision on further actions.
If a crime in progress is observed the Police can be contacted immediately.
VIRTUAL VIDEO PATROL
An effective alternative or addition to guard based manpower.
Operators will connect to the premises video system at routine scheduled times.
Operators will view the live video from each camera to identify if there is any irregular activity onsite.
On-demand virtual security escorts for specific high risk activities such as lone workers entering or leaving the premises, deliveries of cash or valuable goods.
