While we will employ our best efforts to guarantee same day response for Emergency Callouts, attendance is subject to operational availability and may not always be possible, in which case the following business day will be assured in most cases.
    • Travel outside of the Toowoomba incur travel fees.
    • All accounts are 14-day terms COD or Prepaid via Card Details unless an account is prior approved, in which case the terms of the account by default are 14-days and a direct debit authority must be provided regardless.
    • Lead time for attendance is generally 2-5 business days for non-emergency attendances.
