Patrol & Guard Services
All Toowoomba Protective Services security personnel utilise UniGuard Patrol Management Software, for quality of service assurance. The Uniguard business grade performance management platform records the security personnel attendance times via a combination of GPRS Tracking and NFC Checkpoints. All collected information is audited daily and we proudly offer our customers the option to have a report supplied to them directly on either a scheduled basis or upon request.
All of our security patrol vehicles clearly marked and fitted with omni directional CCTV recording systems, and security personnel are distinctly uniformed and clearly identifiable as well as fitted with Body Cameras and GPS tracking devices; for accountability, safety and evidence collection purposes.
Monitoring Services
Toowoomba Protective Services in proud partnership Security Monitoring Centres Australia (SMC) offers Security Monitoring Services which are accredited to Australian Standard 2201, and comply with Grade A1 standards set down by ASIAL.
Warranty Statement:
All equipment and workmanship performed by or on behalf of Toowoomba Protective Services Pty Ltd is covered by a 12-month warranty, any manufacturer’s warranty that exceeds this will be passed on to the customer.
Manufacturer’s warranty outside of the 12-month period is offered on a return to store basis and does not include labour charges for: fault diagnosis, removal, replacement or repairs resulting to or resulting from effected parts.
Any equipment that has failed due to incorrect use, installation/works by non-approved person, intentional damage, power surges or acts of God are excluded from any Warranty offered.
